Andrew Z. Tapp, Esq.

SNAP Violation Attorney

Andrew Z. Tapp, Esq.

Shareholder, Principal Attorney

Born into a family of entrepreneurs and small business owners, Andrew Tapp grew up in the Tampa area with a family that knew what sacrifices were necessary for success, and that hard work could not be substituted.  The last four generations of Tapps have started and operated companies from the ground up, through good times and bad – and the lessons learned from those experiences became family heritage.  Mr. Tapp, who focused his law school studies in the areas of business and commercial litigation,  has focused on small and medium business practices to help  their rights and future.

Mr. Tapp began practicing United States Department of Agriculture regulatory law in 2013 when, after an exhaustive search, he could find no other attorneys in the United States that had significant experience in the area.  Since then, Andrew has represented and been involved in hundreds of USDA SNAP enforcement actions.  He regularly assists other attorneys and accounting professionals across the nation, and has proudly represented clients in 49 states and two U.S. territories.
